Hello everyone, I’m Mangesh Shinde, and here’s my story.

From the very beginning, my life has been a journey of curiosity and learning.

As a kid, I was always the one with a million questions.

I was eager to explore everything around me.

This thirst for knowledge didn’t just keep me hooked on academics; it shaped my entire approach to life.

My entrepreneurial journey began in my second year of engineering.

I started a side hustle supplying flowers to hotels and event companies.

Despite its failure in the third year and several other failed ventures that followed, I never stopped learning.

Each setback taught me something vital.

It kept my spirits high, even when I faced academic challenges and a setback in college.

The real turning point came during a year down in college.

I viewed it not as a setback but as a golden opportunity to immerse myself deeper into the startup ecosystem.

I tried everything from selling used cars to setting up a WhatsApp-based community.

Though none of these ventures worked out as planned, the lessons were invaluable.

My passion for communication eventually led me to YouTube.

I started a channel, and though it initially failed, persistence paid off.

My channel, The Willpower Star, slowly but surely gained traction.

It proved that consistency is key.

After graduating and landing a well-paying marketing job in London, I quickly realized that a high salary couldn’t satisfy my entrepreneurial spirit.

So, I returned to what I loved most—creating content.

Along with my business co-founder, Dipak Barkale, I explored new ideas like a WhatsApp-based community.

It initially failed but eventually guided us back to our YouTube channel.

This time, we hit the milestone of 1 million subscribers within just six months.

After our big win, I was excited to start my own company called WillStar Media in December 2019.

Even though we faced many tough times, my team and I kept going.

We learned new things and changed our ways when needed.

We worked hard and soon, our hard work started to show good results.

Seeing a chance to do more, I started another company called Resolution Studios.

This company focuses on making videos and animations.

This new adventure let us work with some of the top YouTubers and big brands and helped us become even more known in the industry.

Now, as I lead both WillStar Media and Resolution Studios, I am really proud of how much we’ve grown and the difference we’ve made.

Every step of this journey has been about learning, changing when needed, and always moving forward, no matter what challenges we face.
