How healthy is your brain?
This is the question we all should ask ourselves.
Here’s something I’ve noticed: we focus a lot on physical fitness, but brain health often gets overlooked.
I’ve realized that many everyday habits like multitasking, too much screen time, or even not drinking enough water can harm our brains over time.
Take multitasking, for example. It sounds productive, but it actually reduces focus and memory. I’ve started doing one task at a time, and honestly, it’s made a big difference.
Or think about sugar intake. Studies show it can affect our brain’s ability to learn and remember things. Since cutting down on sugar, I feel sharper and more energetic.
The good news? Small changes in our habits can protect and even improve brain health. Simple steps like drinking more water, reducing screen time, and engaging in brain-stimulating activities can make a big difference.
